Payment:
Full payment required for processing any order. We accept payment through Paypal for email/phone/online orders. In-store, the accepted payment options depend on the store where the products are ordered. Order is not processed unless full payment is obtained.
Processing time:
Every product (except ones on display) requires 3-4 weeks processing time and 1-2 weeks transit time after the order is confirmed. We will keep the customer informed of the order status in a timely fashion. Each order, except ones available for display are custom made and changes are not possible once the order has been confirmed.
Return Policy:
All our products are checked for quality and specification before shipping to the customer. As a standard policy, products once ordered cannot be returned or exchanged. In the event of a defect/damage, Lush Livings will, at our discretion, refund, repair or re-make the item. Customer pays return shipping, unless there is a material defect/damage. A 15% restocking fee will be charged for all items returned.
Liability:
In no event shall Lush Livings LLC be liable or responsible for Incidental or Consequential damages or for any other direct/indirect damage, loss, cost, expense or fees arising from our products or their usage.
Accuracy:
We do our best in both manufacturing/quality checks to be faithful to the customer requested measurements. Since our products are custom, handmade and not made by machines, our product designers and manufacturers recommend giving a (+/-) 0.5″-0.75″ allowance for all the product measurements.
